We specialise in PC and laptop repair and technology support. We can help with any technology or computer related problems, such as wireless internet problems or difficulty getting gadgets to “talk “to each other.
How much do you charge?
Many jobs are £45.00 or less, but it obviously depends on the nature of the work involved, the supply of components, etc. The prices we charge are very competitive.

The proprietor has a Bsc. (Hons) degree in a computing related subject and over 17 years’ experience working in the computer industry. He also has an adult teaching qualification (PTLLS).
What areas do you cover?
Most of south Manchester, normally 6 mile radius of Chorlton (M21). Areas include Chorlton, Whalley Range, Didsbury, Withington, The Heatons, Burnage, Stretford, Urmston, Flixton, Sale, Northenden, Stockport, Gatley, Cheadle, etc.
Are you insured?
The business has industry standard public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
Are you a shop or a mobile service?
We are a mobile service but we have a workshop in which we sometimes take computers back to repair (for example virus removal or time-consuming diagnostics tests).
Is it open to the public?
You are welcome to drop any computer off at our Chorlton address at any time but it is strictly by appointment only. Please phone or email us before coming down.
Is your data safe with us?
We are registered with the Data Protection Act which means we work to strict data protection laws. If a system is checked into the workshop we carry out a backup before starting work.
How quickly can you come out?
Call outs are between 11:00am – 8:00pm (Monday to Thursday) and 11:00am – 7:00pm (Friday and Saturday); we can often come out the same day but this depends how flexible the client is. Most repairs are completed within three days of the initial call out.
How can I pay?
We accept cash and most major debit and credit cards. As of June 2014 we are discouraging the use of cheques.
